Performance Specialist

Rochelle Doel

Rochelle was always on the move growing up, constantly keeping herself active and involved in sport. As she entered her teens, she found a passion for team sport particularly finding her feet in volleyball, where she competed across Asia and The States.
Everywhere she lived, sport provided her an opportunity to connect with others and a way to challenge herself as an athlete. Rochelle quickly developed an interest in exploring how the human body benefits from training and exercise, leading her straight to a degree in Sports and Exercise Science at the University of Bath.
Arriving at university she continued to compete in both indoor and beach volleyball (weather permitting, of course). Here, she developed a passion for coaching where she guided the Men’s First Team through an undefeated season. Coaching gave her a way to give back to the sport by supporting others to challenge themselves and achieve their goals.
Stepping into her role as a Performance Specialist, Rochelle is looking forward to helping others reach new heights while embracing another realm of training. She is excited to push her limits as she gears up for the APEX Everest challenge in the Lake District this September.
