Operations Manager

Freya Miller

Having always been involved in sport, Freya developed a passion for performance and exercise from an early age. This passion led her to study Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Bath. Alongside her studies, she qualified as a Personal Trainer and has worked at Wasps FC, combining her academic knowledge with practical coaching experience.

Following graduation, Freya worked as a Physiologist at Nuffield Health, where she has helped a wide range of clients improve their health, fitness, and performance. Through physiological assessments and lifestyle coaching, she has developed a passion for supporting individuals to achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.

Outside of work, she continues to pursue her own sporting ambitions. After competing in rowing and rugby growing up, she has spent the last year immersed in HYROX and running. With her sights firmly set on qualifying for the HYROX World Championships, she is excited to continue growing as an athlete.

As Operations Manager at The Altitude Centre, she is excited to combine her passion for sport with her expertise in health and performance to help drive the business forward and support clients on their own journeys.
