Jack has grown up immersed in sport, playing cricket, swimming, hockey, football, and tennis to at least a county level. While loving the team dynamics, tennis was where his passion lay. Following a decision to specialise in tennis, he pursued time on the ITF Tour. However, following a brief stint on tour hampered by a persistent ankle injury, he continued to pursue further education at the University of Bath whilst continuing to play BUCS Tennis.
University training provided a variety to his usual training and led to a love for endurance sports, particularly running. This, along with a friendly in team competition, led to him completing the Bath Half Marathon along with many other half marathons in training. After developing this passion for endurance events Jack has turned his focus towards triathlons, specifically Ironmans. It has allowed him to rediscover his love for swimming along side running and cycling. Looking to find his limit he is now training for his first Ironman 70.3 with a goal of completing a full Ironman by September 2027.
Following his passion for training alongside his experiences emersed in the sporting world drove a deep curiosity about the human body and how to reach maximal performance, which led to him pursuing a degree in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Bath. There he has developed a strong foundation in physiology, biomechanics, sports medicine, and performance testing.
Now stepping into his role as a Performance Specialist, Jack is excited to utilise his experiences within sport alongside his academic knowledge to help clients achieve their goals. Endlessly curious and driven, Jack is looking forward to seeing how he and clients can push their limits and maximise their performance.
