Work at the forefront of human performance
At The Altitude Centre, we don’t just follow best practice — we help define it.
Since 2003, we’ve worked with elite athletes, mountaineers, and high-performing individuals to push the boundaries of altitude training, recovery, and human physiology. From our City of London altitude gym to global at-home systems, our work sits at the intersection of science, performance, and innovation.
We are a small, ambitious team — and every individual plays a meaningful role in shaping the future of the business.

Why join us
- Work directly with elite athletes and high-net-worth clients
- Be part of a high-performance, science-led environment
- Gain exposure across operations, performance, and commercial strategy
- Operate in a tight-knit, entrepreneurial team where your input matters
- Build real-world experience in a growing, globally recognised business
This is not a corporate environment. It’s hands-on, fast-moving, and built for people who take ownership.
