Rebecca Brett

Rebecca’s background is in Olympic Weightlifting and skiing. During her gap year, she completed her BASI ski instructor qualification along with a 4-week off-piste, as well as working as a Personal trainer in a 1-1 studio in London. Following this Rebecca went to Loughborough University to study Sports and exercise science.

Upon joining Loughborough Rebecca joined the Weightlifting and Rowing team having the chance to compete in multiple competitive environments. Whilst undertaking her degree at Loughborough Rebecca has been involved in various coaching roles with the AU rowing team as well as coaching a variety of classes such as Olympic Weightlifting within the gym environment. She loves anything strength and fitness related and has been known to be easily persuaded to compete in fitness-related events including Hyrox and NFG.

While working at The Altitude Centre Rebecca hopes to continue her adventures at altitude, aiming to complete the Haute route, whilst working with people to achieve their goals and reach their fullest potential.
