METRAFIT POD

Passive sessions on the MetraFit POD utilise the intermittent hypoxic exposure (IHE) protocol, a technique of breathing short bursts of mountain air, alternated with normal air.

STRENGTH

Members Only – Solo and Group Strength Sessions. Whether training for performance, health or the mountains, strength & conditioning sessions play a vital part in your training. Book out our designated S&C area to get your session.

HEAT ACCLIMATION

Heat acclimation is all about exposure to the heat, to kickstart those physiological adaptations that will help you perform better in hot climates.
