TRAIN FOR THE MOUNTAINS

METRAFIT POD
Passive sessions on the MetraFit POD utilise the intermittent hypoxic exposure (IHE) protocol, a technique of breathing short bursts of mountain air, alternated with normal air.

HIGH ALTITUDE TRAINING
Small group session of up to four climbers. You’ll be on the treadmill and hooked up to one of our high altitude generators with live SpO2 monitoring.




PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION
Work with one of our Personal Trainers to deliver a structed workout to get you challenge ready. We work with all Clients who are heading to the hills, weather it is your first time in the mountains or your about to embark on a solo no O’s 8000m+ peak.
