Altitude Centre Games: Test Your Fitness at New Heights!
For the first time in our history, we’re unlocking the doors to our chambers, for a competition like no other
The Altitude Centre Games will be a same sex pairs competion designed to test you and your partners aerobic capacity at 2700m of altitude.
Event Details:
- Date: Saturday, 29th June
- Location: Altitude Centre, 50 Gun Street, E1 6AH
- Time: 9am- TBC
What’s Involved: You and your partner will work your way around five intense 10-minute workouts at an altitude of 2700m, accumulating points throughout each of the workouts.
These workouts are a combination of non-complex “functional fitness” movements aswell as cardiovascular based challenges on the treadmill and rowing erg & watt bike. You can check out the movment standards for both our scaled and intermediate categories in the table.
There will be challenges and a chance to try out our IHE PODs up to 6200m of altitude, followed by a prize ceremony to finish off
We’ve partnered with ELEAT, HUX, Barebells and Bervera to make sure you are well fuelled and hydrated throughout the morning of competition!
