Welcome to the Altitude Centre Games, the Same-Sex Pairs Competition like no other!
Designed to test your & your partner’s aerobic capacity like never before

Date: Saturday, 29th June
Location: Altitude Centre, 50 Gun Street, E1 6AH
Time: 9am
What’s Involved: You and your partner will work your way around five intense 10-minute workouts at an altitude of 2700m accumulating points throughout.
These workouts are a combination of non-complex “functional fitness” movements aswell as cardiovascular based challenges.
Pairs will chose to compete in either the Scaled and Intermediate categories. You can check out the differences in movement standards between categories in the table below.
Full workouts will be detailed during the briefing before each partners heat, and released on The Altitude Centre’s instagram 1 week before the competition.
