Coco grew up immersed in sport, playing hockey, netball, and athletics throughout school. While she loved the team environment, her true passion lay in individual events — especially sprinting and triple jump, where she thrived on power, speed, and precision. A lower back stress fracture during her teens forced her to take time away from the track, but instead of stepping back from sport, Coco decided to challenge herself differently. She began training for her first half marathon to rebuild both physically and mentally and soon found a new love for endurance running. Since then, she’s completed two official half-marathon races and several more in training.
After developing a strong aerobic base, Coco turned her focus to hybrid fitness, competing in HYROX, where she discovered a passion for combining strength and endurance in one event. Always looking for the next challenge, she is now training for her first ultra marathon in September, followed just two weeks later by a climb of Mount Kilimanjaro — both pushing her body and mindset to new heights.
Her early experiences with injury, training, and performance sparked a deep curiosity in how the human body responds to physical stress, leading her to pursue a degree in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Bath. There, she’s developed a strong foundation in physiology, biomechanics, and performance testing, with a particular interest in endurance adaptation and high-altitude training.
Now stepping into her role as a Performance Specialist, Coco is excited to combine her academic knowledge with her practical experience to help clients achieve their own goals. Passionate, driven, and endlessly curious, Coco is looking forward to seeing how both she and those she works with can continue to push their limits.
