At the Altitude Centre, our experienced coaches specialize in designing tailored training programs that help you achieve peak performance for your chosen event.
We utilise TrainingPeaks, an industry leading platform that allows us to plan and monitor your training journey. You can easily view or download your bespoke training plan and also upload workouts from your smartwatch, ensuring that every session is tracked, analysed, and optimised for your goals.
Our programs are bespoke, crafted specifically to your needs, fitness level, and event requirements. Ideally, we begin with an initial consultation either by phone or in person at our London HQ. Your assigned coach will be in regular contact to montior your progress and answer any questions you have and incldes a monthly progress and planning meeting.
To complement your coaching and training we also offer a variety of testing services such as VO2 Max and Lactate Threshold assessments.
