The Altitude Centre is committed to research, training and education. Our educational course, The Science and Application of Altitude Training, is endorsed by the Chartered Association of Sport and Exercise Science (CASES, formerly BASES). The Altitude Centre has developed this training course in conjunction with London South Bank University.

The Science & Application of Altitude Training
The Science & Application of Altitude Training is designed for coaches, S&C, sport science support staff and anyone interested in developing their understanding of simulated altitude training. The seminar explains the underlying theory of hypoxia and different hypoxic training methods, and translates the theory into practice, exploring applications including in endurance, intermittent and combat sports, as well as injury rehabilitation, load management, body composition and acclimatisation.

Bespoke Educational Courses
