On Wednesday, 6th November, we’re hosting Everest Summiteer, Garth Miller, for a lavishly illustrated journey to the top of the world. Free tickets available here.
In 1924 George Mallory and Andrew Irvine disappeared ‘whilst going strongly for the top’ of Mount Everest, and so began mountaineering’s greatest mystery. The question of ‘did they/didn’t they?’ has occupied the imagination of generations of mountaineers ever since. Join us for a lavishly illustrated examination of the early Everest expeditions, and a thrilling journey through Everest’s history right up to the present day.
