Our Performance Specialists take you through a combination of resistance and cardiovascular exercises, all designed around a high intensity interval protocol, aiding fat loss and helping you tone up while maintaining fitness levels.

A study published earlier this year found that high intensity circuit-training classes significantly lowered resting heart rate, systolic blood pressure, fat tissue percentage and insulin levels following just six hours of total exercise.
