Ahead of the marathon and because summer is just around the corner (the clocks change in just one month!), we’ve already seen a big increase in uptake of our Health and Wellbeing Consultations, with our clients getting a head start on shaping up summer.

Our consultations assess your fitness, but also talk you through goal setting, and areas of behaviour change including making better food choices and getting the best from your altitude sessions.

We’re also bringing back META 3000 for another four weeks, every Wednesday from 12th March.

Led by Joe Brown from City Athletic (we do a Joint Membership with them too), this circuit-style class focuses on fat burning and increasing your strength. Like all hypoxic sessions, you’ll burn approximately double the calories than at sea level.
