Spice up your Solo!

If you can’t make our classes – or you simply enjoy the solace of running alone – you can still push yourself to new heights (altitude… Heights… Geddit?!)

Those who prefer two wheels to two feet will already be familiar with The Sufferfest [http://www.sufferlandria.com], who have now launched video-guided sessions for runners.

The high-intensity interval workouts (hills and speed) are suitable for all abilities, even beginners. Based on Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE), not set speeds, you set how fast you want to go, and you will be challenged!

The structured workouts have clear on-screen instructions backed up with footage from the best races and athletes in the world.

The sessions range from 35- 45 minutes; if you’d like to try one next time you’re in for a Solo Run Session, let one of The Altitude Centre team know in advance, and we’ll set it up for you upon arrival.
