This workshop helps you to understand how the quality of recovery and sleep can vary. It will look at a number of factors that affect the quality of sleep and recovery in every day life, look at the demands of work, travel and training and making people aware of strategies that will help promote resilience, engagement and ultimately performance both at work and at play.

The session will utilise activity, discussion, and personal reflection. PowerPoint may be used, but open minds are compulsory!
