Winter is on it’s way out, and the roads are clearing. You will soon be preparing to strip your bike of the mudguards, put away the high vis clothing, and dig out the new kit you have been saving since Christmas.

The cycling season is nearly upon us.

But how do you go about maximising those winter miles, and turning all that training into peak form over the Summer months?

Cycling

What to expect?

This seminar is geared around maximising your potential on the bike. Lots of you will have put in some hard miles over the winter – whether in the ‘pain chamber’ here at The Altitude Centre, or on your own turbos (and for some of you out in the wet and the wind) – and will be looking to turn that into a little extra on race day, or on those big club rides over the weekend.

Our Lead Performance Specialist James will take you through how you can maximise the transition from base training to peak performance to ensure that you don’t put the brakes on before your season has even got up and running!

Whether getting into cycling for fun, training for one of many Sportives, racing, or a multi-day event – you’ll get some top tips on maximising your training for performance.

When is the event?

The seminar will take place on the 26th February, from 7pm – 8pm, and it’s one you will certainly want to be there for.

Where is the event?

We will be hosting the event at The Altitude Centre (EC2V 8AF), and you can sign up to the event on Eventbrite here, but hurry, as we anticipate a good turnout for this one!

If you have any questions in the meantime, please do let us know by email at [email protected].

We look forward to seeing you there!
