The Altitude Centre recently installed a hypoxic chamber at the Institute of Sport Exercise and Health (ISEH) at University College London (UCL).

The ISEH is part of the £10 million investment by the Department of Health post London 2012 Olympics.

One of three locations forming the National Centre for Sport and Exercise Medicine, the ISEH is a state-of-the-art facility in London’s Bloomsbury area, aiming to deliver world-class teaching, training and research in the field of sport and exercise medicine.

Partnered with the NHS Foundation Trust, the English Institute of Sport and the British Olympic Association, our new chamber will help to continue to provide excellence in elite sport in England, bridge the gap between elite and amateur sport and further the advancement of healthcare in the wider population.
