Marathon training can feel like a black hole of information. There is so much out there, but what should you be doing, and should you not be doing?

What to expect?

It’s important to understand that we will all respond differently to training, and we must tailor our training toward our own needs. That’s not to say there are not plenty of things which you should certainly include in your plan!

Our Lead Performance Specialist James is going to take you through the Do’s and Dont’s of Marathon Training, to make sure that you are not just putting down empty miles, but making sure that every mile counts toward the end goal of that finish line, in whatever time you may be targeting!

When is the event?

James’ Marathon Training Do’s and Dont’s talk will take place on the 5th February, from 7pm – 8pm, and it’s one you will certainly want to be there for.

Where is the event?

We will be hosting the event at The Altitude Centre (EC2V 8AF), and you can sign up to the event on Eventbrite here, but hurry, as we anticipate a good turnout for this one!
