It’s December, and motivation is hard to come by. We know that. We feel you. We want to help. So for the last two weeks of December (9th – 20th December inclusive), you can bring along a pal to one of the classes, free of charge!

How do I set this up?

It’s simple.

1. Book in to your favourite class for the week.

2. Email the team at [email protected], and copy your friend in to the email.

3. We’ll send your friend a pre-requisite form via email, and ask them to complete it and send it back.

4. Once they send back the form, we can book their space in the class with you.

5. Come and train together!

We would recommend setting this up at least a few days before the class, to avoid any disappointment with availability – but you can bring as many friends, family, and colleagues along to the classes as you like (one at a time) over the two week period. What is not to love!

*You can only bring each friend to one class over the two week period, but you can bring one friend or colleague to every class that you attend.

** Your friend MUST complete the pre-requisite form before training, and will not be allowed to join The Altitude Centre classes unless complete.
