New and improved website

You may have noticed we’ve revamped our website and incorporated feedback from our customers. It’s still undergoing development, so we would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

We’re also in the process of developing our new smartphone app, which will make booking classes and sessions easier and quicker. It will be ready to download from our website in the next few weeks, and we’ll remind you again once it goes live.

Extra lunch time classes

Due to increased demand, we’ve added an extra lunchtime high intensity interval training (HIIT) class to our schedule.

The class runs from 13:00- 13:30 so there are no more excuses about not being able to book a space in the class. Research has shown that taking a break in the middle of the day to work out makes you more productive in the afternoon. We hope to see more of you in the chamber on your lunch break (book here).

Suffer(fest) some more…

A lot of you have been finding it difficult to make it to our 18:15 Sufferfest session, so we are delighted to announce we’re adding a 19:30 class on Tuesday evenings, starting from the 10th June (book here).

Watch this space for new Sufferfest videos, including a brick-style workout, perfect for du- and triathletes. We’ll keep you posted.
