Now you can achieve elite athlete results through spin and treadmill classes at simulated altitudes. Advanced monitoring technology tracks the body’s stress points throughout each exercise session to allow for detailed reporting and progressive training programmes guided by the consultation team.

In addition bespoke altitude consultations and pre-acclimatisation training is available. These services can help those preparing for trips to high altitude such as climbing Mt Kilimanjaro or training for extreme endurance events such as the Atacama Desert Crossing.

The Altitude Centre officially opens on 26th November, located at No.6 Trump Street, Bank, London which will also be home to a state of the art City Athletic Gym, Perfect Balance physiotherapy clinic. The Running School and Sweatshop, the UK’s largest specialist running store.
